Players who deposit via credit or debit cards are required to send the following docs via email to [email protected]:

1. Copy of photographic ID: Passport, ID card or Driving license
2. Copy of Bank statement corresponding with the account where withdrawals are to be made (name, address, and bank account details for payment must be clearly visible, but financial transactions may be omitted)
3. Copies of front and back of any cards tried for deposit – if used (middle 8 digits of card number and security code may be omitted) 

Players who deposit via e-wallet are required to provide the following documents to [email protected]:

1. Copy of photographic ID: Passport, ID card or Driving license
2. A photograph of an utility bill, issued within the recent six months, that contains your name and physical address 
3. A screenshot of your XXX account
